With the development of China and China's education, effective teaching becomes more and more important for teachers. In order to make teaching better and useful, more and more researchers have studied and explored the teaching method, which makes the idea of effective teaching prosperous.How will China's middle schools reset up their English teaching system according to the new curriculum standard and how will English teachers make the teaching more effective? With such problems to solve, all the other English teachers and I have the responsibility to clarify our occupational targets, curriculum targets and our students'developing ability. Meanwhile, all English teachers should gradually explore and practice the strategies of effective teaching, so that we can adapt to the current trend that more attention should be paid to the ability of using language rather than the language knowledge language points.This essay records the students' studying procedures with different methods in Changchun Second Experimental Middle School. The purpose of the essay is to make clear the relationship between effective English teaching approaches and students'overall development and qualification. As we analyze the relations, all teachers have chances to reflect on their past teaching methods, their past concepts of teaching, their past arrangement of teaching aims, teaching methods and evaluating approaches.This essay emphasizes the specials and differences of English teaching. I hope it can finally achieve the goals that we help middle school teachers to make their teaching foundational and effective both.
