The latents of new century is a good piece of information and should make the right choice quickly on the situation, it needs a high level of cognitive capacity. Following the developing of our country's physics education, under the slogan of "learn to survive, to learning" and the people pay more and more attention to training students'ability. the scientific method of education have become very eager in physics teaching, because the scientific method of education has a very important role to cultivate the students'ability of innovative thinking, and offered a concept of education which is the education of physics scientific method. On the other hands, with the education reforming, in the two-way interaction of teaching and learning , experts and scholars from home and abroad are paying more and more attention to researching the cognitive process of student. And the research of metacognition in cognitive psychology theory is also deeply. And at the same time they propose the combination of the training of cognitive ability with a specific subject teaching, it also means to training students'metacognition in a specific subject teaching. To the physical sciences, that means to developing the students'cognitive capacity in physics scientific education. I research from two aspects ,one is the physical scientific methods education ,the other is the theory of metacognition . Then under the theories of the operant conditioning action and the information processing procedure, I made a analysis which is about the principles and methods of training students'metacognition capacity in physical scientific methods education. then on the basis of the work I have done ,I make two cases of the teaching of design and put forward some suggestions for training students'metacognition capacity in the physical scientific methods education, at last I form the article "The preliminary exploration of training students'metacognition capacity in middle school's Physics scientific methods education".
