In order to conform to the new concept of student-oriented curriculum reform,the teaching methods of moral and rule-by-law in junior middle school are constantly being reformed and innovated,among which experiential teaching has been more and more valued and recognized by ideological and political teachers.It is based on respect for the development of students and guides students to combine knowledge with situational experience in life,it not only helps to form the ideological and political teaching class,but also helps students to get all-round development in the process of knowing,participating and experiencing activities.However,there is no denying that due to the lack of application of experiential teaching in the discipline of Taofa discipline and the immaturity of the operating procedures,it is still difficult to achieve the goal of improving students' learning quality and teaching effect in Daofa course in junior middle school.But it also gives some space for the study to rise and progress.I hope this research can really improve the teaching effect of moral and rule-by-law course in junior middle school on the basis of carrying out the new curriculum standard and promoting the relevant concept of the new curriculum reform.On the basis of considering the characteristics of the discipline of morality and rule of law,empirical and document research methods are mainly used to study the experiential teaching.The paper mainly includes an introduction and three chapters.The introduction mainly involves the background,significance,research status at home and abroad,research methods and innovations of this research,so as to better understand the research value of practice,and it plays a theoretical support role for the practice strategy behind the article.Therefore,the first chapter of the article mainly summarizes and defines the basic concepts and main characteristics of experiential teaching,and briefly expounds its applications value in the middle school moral and rule of law class.The second chapter respectively by the teachers and students in the process of interviews and empirical study,found the experience type teaching in junior middle school moral lesson and the rule of law existing in the application experience of scene creation inflexible,lack of student participation in power,the phenomenon of the arrangements for the disequilibrium of classroom teaching,and in combination with the actual situation,according to the shortage of targeted analysis,to find out why it has deficiencies.On this basis,the third chapter,according to the deficiencies found in the process of exploration,puts forward specific,detailed and practical effective strategies from the aspects of strengthening teachers' professional awareness,stimulating students' enthusiasm,innovation,adding evaluation indicators and striving for home-school cooperation,so as to achieve the results of improving quality and efficiency.The fourth chapter is on the basis of in-depth understanding and reflection of experiential teaching,from the perspective of class to the seventh grade in the fourth lesson “ Friendship and Growth of Peers ” for the experiential teaching design plan,in order to achieve the strategy of practice.
