In contrast, China's private foundation education is still in an initial stage of development, in theory and in practice still need further research and discussion, policy environment also need strengthening. Our current main task is to study abroad experience in private school. We are trying to found a system which is suitable for China national education development.This paper uses theory with practice, review and compare method.
