Research On College Students' Community Workers' Development Dilemma

With our country harmonious society's building pace advancing, the policy files about constructing great social work personnel and strengthening community-worker team construction comes on stage in succession, more and more university graduates get into the community work, a new wind of educated youth is blowing:college students are in response to national calls working in the city with their youth and warm blood. But as a result of city community complexity, every kind of community problems, residents' demand diversification, which has brought college students in and outside environment double challenge, their work and development are encountering hitherto unknown predicaments.The author uses the case interview method, literature research, field observation and other qualitative research methods, also with survey quantitative research as a supplement, using his own community practice experience, investigating and studying the work and development situation of the university student community workers in community, find out college students social workers' predicament developments:(1) government management system needs to be perfected, the government function transformation, finance street lacking of funds; (2)in community work process, sense of low identity, wages and pay not peer, development space not enough, policy executive power is insufficient; (3) students' lacking of experience, the ideal and the reality gap existing; On the basis of previous studies, author put forward the corresponding solution to these problems:(1) reforming government management system and financial system; (2) establishing College Students' living security measures; (3) providing specialized development training and establishing the occupation career planning.This article devotes to researching the dilemma of student social workers so that we can known how to make them integrate better into the community environment, adapt better to the community work, supply better community service work, and the result is also applicable to other city college students' social development, as well as full-time community workers team construction research.
