An Initial Study On The Introduction And Utilization Of Enterprise Curriculum Resources In Higher Vocational Education

The paper aims at the introduction of curriculum resources from the enterprises to the higher vocational education because of such existing problems as monotonous curriculum system in higher vocational education, unsatisfactory dual-qualification teacher team, more demand of the enterprise for the graduates and poor introduction and utilization of enterprise curriculum resources, etc. Thus, a concept of Enterprise Curriculum Resources is presented by a theoretical study based on the data acquired in an investigation in higher vocational colleges and enterprises. In addition, the paper, clarifying the connotation, category, characteristics and function in higher vocational education of the concept, discusses the rationality and feasibility in introducing and utilizing enterprise curriculum resources in higher vocational education as well as some potential problems with countermeasures.
