Chinese is the unity of tool and humanity, the current language education has been ignored by most of the humanity of language, ignoring the essence of "people-oriented", especially in ethnic minority areas, the Chinese curriculum is seriously out of the real life of minority students, that they have no interest in learning, learning achievement of students is relatively low compared to other. In order to make the curriculum to reflect the will of the state, at the same time to meet the diversity of students, and taking into account the difference of area, our country began to implement the national, local, school three levels curriculum management of the education policy, and developed with ethnic characteristics of Chinese School-based curriculum.This paper uses the pedagogy, aesthetics, cultural anthropology, curriculum, teaching theory and other related theories, by the method of case study, firstly analyzes the necessity and feasibility of the development of folk literature resources of the Dai nationality in the Mangshi occupation high school with Chinese curriculum, and then analyzes the cultural value and educational function of Dai Folk Literature in tourism occupation, in order to Mangshi occupation senior Chinese School-based curriculum development resources more successful tourism major as an example, on the development and utilization of the professional analysis, including goal setting, content selection, teaching methods and the way to find out the major problems existing in the development, and puts forward the Chinese school curriculum development of recommendations for improvement of Mangshi occupation high school, in order to help minority students understanding of the excellent national culture, to cultivate students’ sense of national identity, promote the improvement of the level of Chinese teaching and the development of economy, culture in Mangshi region.
