College Execution Building Harmonious Management Perspective

With the reforming of our country's education system, in the development of the university is facing the new challenge. How to improve the university's executive ability is fatal for them to survive in the furious competition. The article is focusing on the internal executive ability of the university. Guided by the "He—Xie" Management Theory, in accordance with the logic "He—Xie" of staff—"He—Xie" of constitute—"He—Xie" of culture, the paper preliminary construct the theoretical framework of the university's executive ability management mechanism.The paper firstly expounds the reason to study executive ability and its applications theoretical significance and practical value, and scientifically define the connotation of the university's executive ability. It describes the university's executive ability basic requirements of the "He—Xie" Management Theory. Guided by the "He—Xie" Management Theory, the paper constructs the basic framework of "He—Xie" Management of universities, including two systems:"principle of He" focuses on people's creation. Reference the human-oriented management thinking to mobilize and play the dynamic role of the human. "principle of Xie" focuses on "He—Xie" management system of the executive ability, including the organizational structure and system construction of the university. Finally this paper establishes executive ability culture to ensure and maintain "He—Xie" state of university's executive ability management system.
