With the continuous progress of urbanization in our country,the new generation of migrant workers has become an important subject among the industrial workers in our country.Compared with the older generation,they are eager to be able to integrate into the urban society.And,occupational adaptation is the first step of the new generation of migrant workers into the cities.It can not only provide economic support,but also enable migrant workers in the enterprises environment to learn and comply with community norms,to better integrate it into new social relationships and to promote better and more stable growth of the business.The "Outline of the Thirteenth Five-Year Plan for National Economic and Social Development" jointly promulgated by the Ministry of Civil Affairs and the National Development and Reform Commission will also integrate the professional social work services for the professional assistance of urban migrants,especially migrant workers groups into the special project of social modernization mannegement.Through combing the relevant literature at home and abroad,we find that most of the research on the occupational adaptation of the new generation of migrant workers ignore the potential of the new generation of migrant workers,and there is no good solution to the problems.In the actual operation is still relatively deficient.In the perspective of empowerment,the new generation of migrant workers is the ability to change their situation has problems,and this kind of ability can be increased through social interaction.Therefore this paper attempts to empower the perspective based on how the application of group work in improving the mutual mode of the new generation of migrant workers occupation adaptation problems in the process of service.This article mainly adopts the field research and investigation research method.Through the field research method to understand the present situation of occupational adaptation of some front-line employees in H enterprise,and selected 8 new generation migrant workers as the service object.Through in-depth interviews to understand their specific problems and needs;through investigation and study to understand the satisfaction of the eight clients to the group activities.In this paper,the problem of service object is deeply analyzed from the perspective of empowerment,and the group work of reciprocal mode is selected to intervene in the problem of service object,and the group service plan is formulated in order to stimulate the individual potential of service object.Improve the sense of self-efficacy,improve their interpersonal relationships,increase their sense of enterprise participation,belonging,and evaluate after the end of the group activities.At the same time,it also improves the communication with the management,and achieves the expected goal.Finally,this paper also reflects on the advantages and disadvantages of the group involvement.And social work involved in the new generation of migrant workers occupational adaptation issues put forward relevant recommendations.Through the specific team work of the 8 employees in H enterprise,this study finds that under the guidance of empowerment perspective,the new generation of migrant workers can be more comprehensive and more hierarchical analysis of occupational adaptation.In order to enhance the effectiveness of intervention services,and in combination with the work of the reciprocal model group,it can provide diversified and responsive services to the clients.At the same time,It also provides more practical support for the intervention of the group work in the new generation of migrant workers in the perspective of empowerment in the future.
