The Research On The Cohesion Problem Of School Moral Education

Moral education is an important part of school education, and it is also systematic education project that need the family and society participate jointly. This system aticness requires not only the family, school and social moral education must do well in the horizontal cohesion, but also the university, middle school and elementary school do well in the longitudinal cohesion. This research pursues to give evidence to the academic theory. The author reached to many schools and did a lot of researches and interviews. Then sums up the main problems of the school moral education that not connected well. It includes the cohesion problems of the target, content, method, management, and evaluation system. By the detailed analysis, the author found the causes of the problems includes the restriction of exam-oriented education system, the neglect of the hysteretic nature of moral form, education department not unified, the protagonist of moral education work as individuals, schools lack the necessary long-term cohesive devices and the diversity of moral education, and so on. In order to solve the problems above on, this paper explores a set of cohesion methods that suitable for the development of the school moral education in our country, like rising the status of moral education, paying attention to the school moral education workers'team construction, doing well in the cohesion on the target, content and method, setting up a cohesive mechanism of moral education, outstanding students' subject status, making a reasonable use of network to strengthen the horizontal relation on the school and outside world, doing well in the census work of students'moral education of the adjacent stage, and so on.
