With the deepening of thereform process of the new curriculum, more and more front-line teachers feel that the newcurriculum implementation requires adequate curriculum resources for support, especially inthe ideological and political course, if there is no support of curriculum resources, andpolitical lessons of the classroom will lose its vitality, empty talk and mechanical knowledgeto impart. Over the years, however, due to the level of economic development, behind theconcept of curriculum, development of water for the lower, the education managementsystem and other factors, caused by the shortage of resources of our courses to become auniversal phenomenon, and can not meet the needs of the new curriculum implementation,therefore, to study the development and utilization of curriculum resources has become animportant driving force to promote the new curriculum reform.This paper is to analyze the problems in the process of ideological and political course inthe development and utilization of curriculum resources of our country, on this basis,combined with the basic principles of curriculum resources development and utilization ofthe development and utilization of the resources of the ideological and political coursecurriculum and means.The first part of this analysis and summarizes the current development at home andabroad curriculum resources, and expounded the meaning of curriculum resources,classification and study of curriculum resources development and utilization of significance.The second part describes the ideological and political course curriculum resourcesconnotation, classification, and the ideological and political lesson curriculum resources isdifferent from the characteristics of other curriculum resources. The third part analyzes of thedevelopment process of ideological and political course curriculum resources developmentand utilization of the main structural problems of effectiveness and curriculum resources,curriculum resource utilization. The fourth part describes the development the Leeideological and political course curriculum resources of the principle, on the basis of theanalysis of the problem, combined with the principle of development and utilization ofspecific methods and means of development and utilization of the ideological and politicalcourse curriculum resources.
