Therefore, network brings educators a part of new topics.Based on the investigation and empirical research of the current vocational institute students' network accomplishment present situation, the thesis put forward a definition of network accomplishment education consisting of three aspects:knowledge and skills of Using the internet, the dialectical thinking ability of understanding, analysis and evaluation of internet information, the law and ethics moral cultivation of internet communication. On this basis of above, four corresponding countermeasures were proposed innovatively on vocational college students' network accomplishment education:First, we must change the idea, pay highly attention to the network accomplishment education, and plan scientifically the course. We should accomplish overall planning and forms the system in specific course design. Fully combining with present mature courses and teaching, try to develop, while in the curriculum design we should also consider innovation and perspectiveness, dare to develop a new research area, and encourage teaching research and try in new areas.Second, we must create conditions, ensure the teaching quality, and optimize the teaching team. In the network teaching environment, the teacher has not only rich professional skills, but also a modern teaching method and network accomplishment. To improve the quality of teaching, the key is to improve teachers' accomplishment. This requires the government, schools and the teachers' personal common efforts to build a high quality teaching team.Finally, we must strengthen the comprehensive management, purifying the network environment, and perfecting the network legal system. network management and supervision can't only by the government.
