With the strong support of our country,higher vocational education has achieved a rapid expansion of the scale and made a significant contribution for Chinese economic and social development in recent years.After the scale expansion,higher vocational education is bound to face the development trend of improving the quality of education.The quality improvement of education is inseparable from the effective and efficient teachers.As the key of the promotion of the higher vocational education teaching quality,the construction of “double-quality” teachers is not only related to the development of higher vocational colleges,but also to whether higher vocational education can provide advanced technical and applied talents for Chinese economic and social development.In the process of the construction of “double-quality” teachers,the educational accomplishment of teachers has a great force to promote practices.Therefore,a systematic research of the improvement of the educational accomplishment of “double-quality” teachers has great theoretical and practical significance for the construction of teachers' team and the improvement of the higher vocational education quality.This study mainly consists of six parts:Part one: Introduction.Introduce the origin of this study.Clarify the purpose and significance of the study.Clear the research question.Overview the national documents and the related researches at home and abroad.Give a brief description of research methods.To define the related concepts: higher vocational education,“double-quality” teachers,educational accomplishment of “double-quality” teachers,vocational and professional.Part two: Theoretical analysis.This study is based on the modernization theory,the human capital theory and the incentive theory.The modernization theory is the theoretical basis to understand the meanings of higher vocational education,“double-quality” teachers,and educational accomplishment of “double-quality” teachers.The human capital theory and the incentive theory are the theoretical bases to analyze the status quo and influencing factors of the “double-quality” teachers' educational accomplishment,to discuss the effective way to improve the educational accomplishment of the “double-quality” teachers.Part three: Case investigation of the status quo of the “double-quality” teachers' educational accomplishment.The study takes a vocational college in Suzhou as the case investigation.Introduce the general situation of the case investigation.Analyze the construction and the educational accomplishment of the “double-quality” teachers.Through the survey,the educational accomplishment of “double-quality” teachers exist the following status: hold optimistic and enterprising professional attitudes,some are lack of enthusiasm;have Professional development intentions,but the intentions are not strong enough and lack of planning.Take lots of works,many are lack of the opportunities to participate in production practice and training,knowledge level and teaching ability need to be further improved.Not enough emphasis on research,research ability needs to be further improved.Part four: Analyze the influencing factors of the “double-quality” teachers' educational accomplishment.Combine with the case investigation,discussing the three influencing factors.First,personal reason,including the “double-quality” teachers' degrees of specialization and teaching abilities are limited.Second,teaching environment factors,including the heavy works,and the continuing education is a mere formality.Third,social factors,including lack of paying attention to the mental health of “double-quality” teachers in vocational colleges,understanding and Opinion on the position and value of higher vocational education and teachers.Part five: Put forward the effective way to improve the educational accomplishment of the “double-quality” teachers.Improve the incentive mechanism,including constructing salary incentive mechanism which is suitable for “double-quality” teachers,making full use of honor incentive mechanism.Establish and perfect the training system of “double-quality” teachers,including strengthen the stability of school-enterprise cooperation,perfect “double-quality” teachers' training system.Improve part-time teachers' accomplishment;invigorate the introduction of talent channels to improve the social status of “double-quality” teachers.Part six: Summarize the main conclusions of this study.The study is based on practice,defines the meaning of the educational accomplishment of “double-quality” teachers.Analyze the status quo and influencing factors of the “double-quality” teachers' educational accomplishment.Discuss the effective way to improve the educational accomplishment of the “double-quality” teachers.
