| For post-00 s in the higher vocational college,career choices after graduation is the key to relationships to their development in the future,there are a number of studies have confirmed that there are many factors that can influence higher vocational college students’ career choices,one of the most important is the professional values,largely determines the career choice and development of the students,And an important factor that can affect students’ career values is career decision-making self-efficacy.Among many courses in higher vocational colleges,ideological and political courses can effectively affect students’ thoughts,consciousness,values and other aspects.Therefore,by improving the teaching mode of ideological and political course in higher vocational colleges and enhancing the timeliness of ideological and political course teaching,this study aims to deepen students’ self-cognition and future career thinking and planning,improve students’ sense of self-efficacy in career decision-making,and then help students establish correct career values.This study selected post-2000 pre-school education students of a higher vocational college in Shandong province as the research objects,and took "College Students’ Career Decision-making Self-efficacy Scale","Career Values Questionnaire" and ideological and political teaching mode of higher vocational colleges based on the perspective of "Internet +" as the research tools.This paper studies the influence of career decisionmaking self-efficacy on career values of post-00 s students majoring in preschool education in higher vocational colleges.An intervention group and a control group were selected to conduct teaching intervention based on the teaching mode of ideological and political courses in vocational colleges from the perspective of "Internet +" for one semester for the intervention group,and normal teaching for the control group.Then,through the analysis of experimental data and interview results,the research conclusion is drawn.The results show that there is a significant correlation between career decisionmaking self-efficacy and career values of pre-school education students in vocational colleges after 2000,and there is a positive correlation.After a semester of higher vocational colleges based on the perspective of "Internet +" education courses teaching mode of experiment teaching intervention,intervention group students career decisionmaking self-efficacy and career values have significant differences with the control group,and the intervention group of students in career decision-making self-efficacy and career values of each dimension score were higher than the control group students.In conclusion,there is a significant positive correlation between career decisionmaking self-efficacy and career values of pre-school education majors of post-00 s vocational colleges.From the perspective of "Internet +",the teaching mode of ideological and political courses in higher vocational colleges can effectively improve the career decision-making self-efficacy of pre-school education students of post-00 s vocational colleges.Improving the career decision-making self-efficacy of pre-school education students of post-2000 vocational colleges can effectively improve their career values.Figure 1;Table 13;Reference 58... |
