Secondary vocational education is not education levels, but type of education. Secondary vocational education has been shrouded in the shadow of the general education, not being admitted for long time. Vocational education emphasiszing skills ignoring culture teaching was a tend to language teaching become dispensable. Being cut hours, being reduced from the main subjects as public courses, being declined in the status of teachers, language teachers in Secondary vocational schools are forced to think and to explore. So, the level of language teaching needs to reposition.Currently, in language teaching situation vocational schools, is not optimistic:the students'basis and level in language are different; the language content is divorced from reality, which never excite the interest of students; lack of characteristics teaching methods of teaching requirements is often artificially reduced, the overall quality of vocational students is generally low, and so on. Therefore, to explore a practical mode, with the characteristics of vocational education and to creat a "professional-stratified" model of teaching is urgently needed and imperative.First, we have established the professional guidance of secondary vocational Chinese teaching. Here we point out clearly:ability training of Chinese listening speeking reading and writing should be closely connected with professional occupation training to realize Chinese teaching for the purpose of the students'career development and to improve the students'quality of Chinese culture, which may lay a foundation for the students' improving of the overall quality, comprehensive ability and adapting to change occupation ability.Second, we've explored a suitable vocational "professional layered" model of language teaching:developming "professional layering" teaching content; changing teaching methods learning from professional teaching practices; Studying "professional-layering "operations and exercises, and reforming of vocational language evaluation model.In short, the study and research "professional-layered" model of language teaching, has explored a workable mode of practice, for the change of cultural foundation of the secondary vocational education, for the change of the current culture teaching plight and highlight the characteristics of basic courses of vocational schools.
