College volunteer's activity is a vibrant supporter for the building of spiritual civilization, is one of the main impetuses of college Moral education. Young volunteer action initiated by the League Centr undoubtedly conform to new age and new young's need for development. And in all kinds of youth volunteer's activities, Education activities can most reflect characteristic of college volunteer's activities. Education activity can effectively play the superiority of college volunteers'knowledge and intelligence; these are advantages other social volunteers group can't possess.Since launching mass college students'education activities, volunteers worked hard in education activities, which made great contribution to the education. For this reason, it has earned the whole society widely recognized and highly commendable. Meanwhile, we profoundly realize all kinds of education activities still existed many shortcomings, concentrating in the lack of human resources management mechanism. We can say, Volunteer's human resource management determines the volunteer service quality and the development of the organization; therefore Volunteer's human resource management has become the most important topic in Volunteer organization management.This paper was divided into five parts, taking volunteer associations in Jilin University as an example. The first part was an introduction, which described the research background, the study population and their characteristics, the methods of research, purpose and significance of research. The second part was literature review and theoretical research, which is the theoretical basis of this paper.This part is mainly finishing review of past research, while elaborate and explain the relevant theory. The third part was the situation analysis. Based on statistical analysis of data collected, this part described the status of university volunteers, and elaborate its social significance. The fourth part is empirical research, mainly in the case of existing survey data and information on the basis of statistical analysis to display the status and the dilemma of human resources in the college volunteer teaching activities to support education. This was the most important part of this paper, mainly analysis from the university's volunteers'own angular position, organizing to train, system of incentives, environmental impact and other aspects of factors. The fifth part proposed some advices, as to the problems of the human resource management in education activities, mainly from human resource planning, university volunteer recruitment, training, team building and incentives to address the evaluation system, and so on, proposed the direction of reform and advices to solve the activities of volunteer teaching college human resources management reform issues.Through this analysis, author wanted to be able to provide some references and advices volunteer teaching activities of university human resource management to provide some references and recommendations.
