With higher standard of living, the National Fit-keeping Program was fully promoted, thenthe tennis was promoted. Tennis-this is known as\"noble sports\", with popularity and rise in thecollege. The action of Tennis have beautiful curve, the outbreak of strong power. It's a full of theentertainment and the excitement. So more and more students would like to choose the tennislessons as selected course in colleges and universities. But there are some problems in it. It haslong been to solve the problem is that how to solve, improve and perfect what is teachingworkers.This is the reason why paper choose it.This thesis object of study is in a self-talk in college tennis elective course of the teachingapplication as and through the literature material method, expert interview, questionnaire,experimental method, mathematical statistics method to control group and the experimental groupsubjects teaching experiment, the experimental results and analysis this:1.The influence of the teaching in E-group&control group in special physical qualityachievement influence, expect to the special speed quality has a significant influence on theendurance, the effects are not significant.2.The E-group teaching can also complete technical standard task, but compared withcontrols did not have significant differences.3.On the level assessment of technical movement the teaching and the teaching of thecontrol group has a significant difference.The students can in accordance with the completion ofbehavioral essentials better technology moves.4.The teaching of the control group in students' interest level, there are also a significantdifference, the students can getting more happiness experience and having less psychologicaltroubles then not obvious fatigue.5.The teaching has more advantage to make students with the habit of exercise consciously,helping to form good habit of physical exercises.According to the above conclusion, the author puts forward some suggestions corresponding: 1.Making self-talk factors into tennis teaching can promoting to improving their owntechnical movements. so hoping tennis elective course teaching could more usefully.2.Making self-talk in the tennis teaching can making students to experience the classroom,so hope the tennis teaching should pay more attention to students' classroom in the sports of thesubjective experience in colleges.3.Self-talk is only a part of the psychology of cognitive psychology, so hope that can paymore attention to psychology and tennis teaching in the future research.4.It has be found that the student to master the techniques are desperate to playing insome games to show oneself in the teaching skill, hope colleges among some organization game,let the students application, and further to the understanding of the tennis and loved it.5.Teachers have paying more attention to the students' psychological mood changes inprocess, so cannot blindly just let students exercise or their interpretation of the technicalmovement.6. As time, funds and the personal ability is limited, this study is just a preliminary study.Itonly for special quality, technical standard and technical movement level and the level ofinterested in four aspects, hope more in-depth research.
