The corotation and development of the socialist market economy demends diverse levels of talents, and secondary holytechnic education undertakes the important task to cultivate pragmatic talents. School-enterprise cooperation is major training mode of the vocational education. It both promotes the development of the vocational school in a sustained, stable and healthy way, and lots of qualified people are reserved for the enterprise. School-enterprise cooperation model of secondary holytechnic schools still remain in the surface layer above and the middle above at present. The deep-seated school-enterprise cooperation models need to be strengthened. For the social development, the expanding of the enterprises and the growing of the students. There is an pressing requirement to research the secondary vocational schools perfecting for training model of school-enterprise cooperation for the community development, sharing of resources, manpowering complement each other, complementing each other.It is practice that has proved that deep School-enterprise model truly reflects the policy of the education "education combining with labor of the productivity ". It can establist long-term mechanism for both enterprises and schools, increase trust for professional schools, heighten the dynamics of the government intervention and broadens the culture of the school-enterprise fusion, and new ways are found to cultivate skilled talent and meet employment requirements. It not only builds a common platform for the development of between businesses with schools expands the culture of the enterprises, ethics, the quality of the working, the space of the skilled standards; but also provides chances for students to practice in the business namely "creates opportunities to receive professional knowledge and skills training." So as to transform students from the talents owing a single theory to the skilled talents.The value of the students will be realized, the school-business relationships will be strengthened, and the level of competence will be bringed into play through the school-enterprise cooperation. The students of the schools training fit in with the needs of the socio-economic development and industrial rectification, welcomed by the enterprise. The enterprises goes to school to guidance professional education regularly and put forward reasonable scientific post to fulfil the actual needs of the job requirements.Only for it,it can get the talent adapt to the development of enterprises and achieve a real win-win situation and effectively.For this reason, this paper aims to analyse the questions of the school-enterprise cooperation, summed up the depth of the school-enterprise cooperation mode starting with the school-enterprise cooperation model to learn from the successful experience of developed countries, school-enterprise cooperation. such as, a secondary professional schools in Changchun.The study is divided into three parts:Part Ⅰ:summarying school-enterprise cooperation model in secondary vocational schools and analyzing the role and significance of our school-enterprise cooperation model for the development of secondary vocational schools.Part Ⅱ:analyzing the existing drawbacks of the school-enterprise cooperation model in secondary vocational school.such as, a secondary vocational school in Changchun.Part Ⅲ:Studying school-enterprise cooperation mode in secondary vocational schools deeply and putting forward constructive ideas for school-enterprise cooperation mode in order to provide a reference for the government.
