Exploratory Research On Social Supporting System Of College-student Community Workers Construction

In recent years, strengthening of social construction and promoting social harmony are increasinglybecoming a hot topic and concern of the whole society. Social construction cannot go without talents,especially social work talents. As for now, the cultivation of qualified social work talents has beenelevated to the strategic level of national talent development. In order to meet the strategic goal ofpromoting social development, Beijing has gradually accelerated the pace of social work talentsconstruction; and the construction of social work talents in Beijing has been promoted effectivelythrough three times of selecting community social workers form college students.However, as a totally new occupational group, although the college students community socialworkers are educated professionally and systematically, there are still many problems that they cannotcoping with effectively, those problem are mainly caused by the transition from school to society andfrom live together with their classmates to meet various kinds of demands of residents in communityand those problems include integrating into the community, self-management, lacking of practicalexperience and communicating with community residents.Based on this, I hope we can know the situation of their lives and social supports in details throughthis research. From the perspective of social support theory, I will try to build a social support systemcollege students community social workers, I also hope through this research, some references can begiven to the government in order to design effective policies.This study used qualitative research methods, by10x the streets of Beijing university students'community workers to conduct in-depth unstructured interviews, combing about college students andcommunity workers who in the past research and Beijing University community social workers policydocuments, collected a wealth of research data. The analysis shows that: the formal and informalsupport of the college students and community workers who generally lack. Specifically, in the formalsupport from the government and community organizations to support small and should play animportant role in professional support was not heeded; apparent lack of informal support from familyand peer support. Very little attention from the service object supports its potential to be furtherenhanced and mining.Therefore, in the construction and management of the college students of community workers, oneto promote the construction and improvement of the college students community workers formalsupport system, the development will help to improve and enhance university students' communityworkers working conditions and living standards of service and management policies, and strengthenthe professional supervision and skills training; Second, we highlight the informal support system toplay the role to give more with the help of the Students community workers, emotions, and my heart toencourage and support.
