Research On Effects Of The Dancesport Teaching For College Students On Mental Health In The Universities Of Yunnan Province

With the social development and the popularity of Dancesport, Dancesport has become the elective courses in college school. Dancesport will not only enhance the quality of students but also can affect the psychological health of college students. In this paper, we mainly analyzed the Dancesport's impact on mental health in universities located in Yunan province with experimental methods. The main contents are as follows.First, based on the other studies,this study proposed the standard of the mental health of the college students. college and made the findings of the current status of on mental health. Meanwhile, according to literature data and the experimental results in the third chapter, we analysed the impacts of the dancesport on the college students's mental health, and we tried to find some reasons of this problem.Secondly, we use quasi-experimental method to study the effect of Dancesport on psychological health based on the first part research. Experimental time Continued three months. In this study there are experimental group and control group, and they were measured by SCL-90before and after the experiment. Through statistical analysis, the conclusion are:(1) Dancesport play a very Important role in improving mental health of students in Yunnan Province.(2) Dancesport can improve physiological conditions of college students in Yunnan Province.(3) Dancesport can improve interpersonal skills.(4) Dancesport can effectively resist the psychological problem of students studied in Yunnan province.Finally, we provide Dancesport teaching in college located the western region with some suggestions and hope to improve the college students'mental health.
