Effect Of Group Psychology On Undergraduate Student's Virtue Education

Group psychology is the most common psychologic problem in younger people, especially for student group with immature weltanschauung and value. So the phenomenon of student's group psychology is an evaluable question that we should study deeply. My objective is trying to explore the student's psychologic status from a special sight for enhancing the quality of undergraduate student's virtue education, steadying the younger people irritable emotion, and making our virtue education with a specific direction. Studying the student's psychologic status from group pshychology is my paper's original characteristic. In actual working, we should explore the latent causes of the generation of group psychology, develop the active ones, and boycott the passive ones, help student grow well.There was a byword of better with better, worse with worse. For us, we should follow the general regulation of students'psychology and take advantage of group psychology in undergraduate student's virtue education, which also means developing the active group psychology, and removing the passive one.Through analyzing the causes, background, and conditions of group psychology generation, it provided evidences for resolving student's psychologic problems on theory and time.Group psychology is closely related to virtue education. It is group psychology that makes virtue education with clear aim and educator can follow it and use it in their practices. It will be one of good methods for student's virtue education.
