In this paper, through literature review and practical research methods,350copies ofquestionnaires were distributed and292valid questionnaires，Through statistical analysis of thequestionnaire, learning more about the transfer training status quo of the new generation of migrantworkers in Shanxi, to see exist issues through the current situation of migrant workers in thetraining process, government, business and training institutions. Using spss analysis of transfer oftraining between obtained training plays a very important role in the transfer of the new generationof migrant workers and to promote the improvement of income.Learn from the successfulexperience of the domestic and international transfer training, Shanxi Province generation ofmigrant workers transfer training ought to meet the situation in Shanxi, suitable ShanxiDevelopment. Generation of migrant workers should increase training awareness, clear trainingobjectives; Government should clarify its responsibilities, and to increase investment in educationand training, smooth channels of information, to strengthen the construction of laws and regulations;Support enterprise training funds should be emphasis on the role of training; training institutionsshould improve the training content and methods to improve the faculty, improve the efficiency ofthe training.
