At present,our country is in the time of comprehensive economic and political development,and all walks of life are changing rapidly.However,this high-speed development makes more and more rural young labor force swarming to the city.They desperately need to work in the city so as to change the family's standard of living.Due to their children are not able to accept education in their city,there appears a new special group—rural left-behind children.In recent years,this group has attracted more and more people's attention.As a result of the prominent problem of rural left-behind children education,people have begun to make serious study.Based on such social background,rural left-behind children in Xinxiang County of Henan Province were surveyed.And this thesis tries to explore education management strategies in favor of rural left-behind children,in respect of the realities and practical problems in rural areas.This thesis consists of five parts:The first part is the introduction.It introduces the purpose of the research,the research ideas,the research process,and some methods used in the research process.The second part is the research review,which introduces the background and significance of the research,and further defines the concept of rural left-behind children through the study of related scholars.The third part focuses on some education problems of left-behind children in the town of Xinxiang County in Henan province,including learning,family affairs and psychological aspects.The fourth part is about problems and causes analysis of the rural left-behind children.According to the rural left-behind children education management problems,the fifth part put forward suggestions and countermeasures.It also points that without the government,the school,the family and others' joint efforts,those problems cannot be solved.Facing the educational management problems of children left in rural areas,we should understand that it is not just a problem of education,but also a social problem that cannot be ignored.Therefore this urgent problem needs to be solved effectively;however,as for such a problem,It can be hardly solved just by school or government.It is necessary for the government,school,family,social and other aspects to make joint efforts,finding appropriate countermeasures to solve the education management problems for children left-behind in rural areas,promote the development of rural economy,and pushing the country to build a harmonious society.
