At present most of tourism management major in universities have launched a vigorous professional practice activities, but these universities does not put emphasis on practical issues, they organize professional practice activities simply in order to complete the task of teaching or gain economic interests; tourism enterprises take the students as cheap labor Because of this, and the students in tourism management major attend the practice of poor quality and low satisfaction. The low satisfaction of tourism management students will reduce the expectation of hotel industry and form the potential loss of tourism personnel. Therefore, this thesis takes the satisfaction of travel management students in the hotel as a research intern, trying to sort out these study tourism management students of the hotel practice satisfaction factors and Internship expectations and satisfaction and the relationship between employment intentions.The thesis is divided into five parts: The first part is an introduction that introduces the research background, topics based on the research goal, research significance, research framework, research ideas, research methods, innovation and research issues; the second part of review that includes satisfaction of the various theories about, such as the hierarchy of needs theory, two-factor theory, ERG theory, XY theory, expectancy theory, equity theory, the gap between the theory and the job characteristics theory and practice medicine internship satisfaction and satisfaction with the hotel to do related research reviewed in the study based on the proposed review of the underlying assumptions of this paper; the third part of the design. In the second part of the hotel was constructed on the basis of satisfaction evaluation index system of practice, practice satisfaction in the hotel based on the evaluation index system construction scale of this study, and conducted a pilot scale test. Measured by test results on the scale of specific adjustments made to some colleges and universities in Jilin Province Tourism Management students samples for the investigation of a formal investigation; The fourth part is the Inventory analysis that includes quality analysis, frequency analysis, correlation analysis and variance analysis. Scale analysis is verified by setting assumed in this paper and summarizes the basic conclusions of this study; the fifth part is the conclusion. According to the relevant conclusions of this study, combined with the theory of satisfaction with the hotel and tourism management professional practice situation, the hotel is proposed to enhance satisfaction of the relevant practice recommendations and proposed further study of the issues and vision for the future.
