During the period of the next National Twelfth Five-Year Plan and the comprehensive construction of a well-off society, the property management industry as a typical service industry has been given a very important role in promoting the transformation of economic growth mode in mega-cities and formation of service-based economy in the industrial structure. Whether social progress or the development of the industry, property management enterprises are urgently required for improving labor productivity through effective training, increasing training efforts towards staff at all levels and promoting the construction of qualified personnel in order to meet the service of intelligent buildings in the future. Not only energy-saving and emission-reduction need in buildings, but also for contributing to the economy and business in the period of low-carbon.The document analysis and empirical research methods are adopted in this paper and all survey is based on Beijing WangXin Property Management Ltd Company by collecting and using relevant data and information. The existing problems in training system are analyzed deeply in the paper by using a combination of qualitative and quantitative analysis method. Training organizational characteristics, training cultural strategy, the implementation of the training process, training courses level, training object and human resource structure are discussed separately. Meanwhile, it combines on the basis of staff training development trends of property management industry and training programs of Beijing WangXin Property Management Ltd Company during the period of the next National Twelfth Five-Year Plan. The effective and practical improvement and suggestions are made separately from establishment of institutionalized and standardized training, corporate culture and improvement of cultural training systems, improvement of training support system, improvement of training operation system, strengthening of training security system by using of relevant training theory and research methods. The training operating system for staff and the continuous improvement of curriculum system are starting points and the process of implementation of effective training is analyzed. Effective improvement methods are proposed separately. According to level and major, training systems are proposed for new employee, general service staff, special skills personnel, professional and technical personnel, project supervisor and senior staff.
