The Research On The Applicable Scope Of Labor Dispatching

The rapid development of economy and the increased demand of labor make the labor dispatching emerged in the social economy. Employers choose labor dispatching just because the special labor relations can avoid the responsibility from employment. Government and community pay close attention to labor dispatching for it's tremendous role in solving the employment problem.The labor contract law of labor dispatching special provision shows that the management regulation of labor dispatching from the government and legal department.China's rapid development in dispatching entered in the field of view of the Government. Dispatch services apply to temporary, auxiliary and substitute positions in general, it reflect the attitude of government on the dispatching. However, due to the uncertainty makes the social attitude of the dispatching different, it led to labor dispatching penetrates into all kinds of jobs. In recent years, with the wanton development of labor dispatching, the various events that harm the interests of workers began to arise. Face the damage of workers'interests, labor dispatching should be standardized, the dispatch scope is urgent need to adjust and clarity.In this paper, through a large number of literature research, the author have an in-depth understanding of labor dispatching facts and master lots of labor dispatching events and development. In mastering a large amount of information on the basis of the root of the problem, the author study the external regulation on labor dispatching, discussion on the scope of labor dispatching which suit the current environment of our country. Based on the study of domestic and international legal regulation, with understand of job classification, the author proposed make norms and a clear scope of labor dispatching from the perspective of the job classification. To do this, the author hope can provide some reference and help for the scope of labor dispatching.
