The Effects Of Intellectual Property Rights Barrier On Chinese Foreign Trade.

Nowadays with the globalization of the knowledge economy, Intellectual property has gradually become an important ingredient of the international industry competitiveness. Intellectual property has gradually become a substitute of investment which the developed countries to the developing countries. Through the using of large amounts of data to analyze the barriers of intellectual property rights that make us know how to combine international and other factors to influence China's export trade.This article is divided into four parts. The first part of the main barriers is introducing the meaning of intellectual property rights, development, extreme development in China (the development of intellectual property protection in China) and introducing the forms of intellectual property and intellectual property barriers characteristics. The parallel imports is the key of the forms of intellectual property barriers, this chapter focuses on the issue of parallel imports, and also analyzed the definitions, forms and characteristics of technical barriers, green trade barriers and intellectual property barriers .The second part is to do some search of the international trade barriers on the impact of intellectual property rights through the theory. It elaborated the inhibitory effect about Intellectual property rights barriers to the international trade on China, the theoretical analysis about Intellectual property rights barriers to the terms of trade, the effects about Intellectual property rights barriers to the deterioration on the terms of trade, and to analyzing the Edgeworth histogram about productive efficiency to know the effect about the allocation of resources to intellectual property barriers. To produce the possibilities frontier line in intellectual property barriers, and analyzes the effects about intellectual property barriers to small and big countries on trade. In the third part is the empirical analysis, first it introduced the basic situation, the main characteristics and existing problems of China's exports with a large amount of data, and then it introduce the present situation and reason about China's exports that suffering the intellectual property barriers .To analyzes the effects about some factors including intellectual property barriers to China's export trade through the establishment of model selection of variables. And then the interpretation of the variables to achieve the ultimate goal of empirical analysis. The last part of this paper brings up the ideas about the measures of government and enterprises to reducing the possibility of implementation of intellectual property barriers, to perfect the law about the intellectual property barriers, to enhance the awareness of intellectual property propection , to develop an independent innovative capacity ,to change"Made in China"to"R&D in China"and to alert the abusing about the intellectual property rights. The above study to emphasize importance about the intellectual property barriers to the trade about China.
