Research On The Influence Of Intellectual Property Barrier On China's Economy And The Countermeasures

With the development of economic globalization and the arrival of the era of knowledge economy,intellectual property rights barriers have become an important mean for developed countries to build import and export restrictions and trade monopolies.Although China has become the largest trading country,there still lies many problems on own trade structure and intellectual property which bring the property disputes.Based on it,China should figure out the methods facing on the intellectual property barrier comprehensively and deeply to ensure that our international economy profit won't be violated.So researching the influence of intellectual property barrier on China's economy and figure out the facing strategy has been an unignorable issue.This paperis divided into seven parts.The first part of the article puts forward the background and significance of the research,and the domestic & foreign related research on intellectual property barriers to do a simple review,on the basis of the research methods,research ideas and innovation of this study.The second part mainly introduces the meaning,characteristics and diversified forms of intellectual property rights barriers,focusing on the latest development trend of international intellectual property rights represented by TPP.The third part analyzes the current situation of our country's intellectual property rights barriers,and analyzes the causes of this situation.The fourth part focuses on the positive and negative analysis of the impact of intellectual property barriers on China's macro economy and economy in two aspects.The fifth part focuses on the positive and negative aspects of the analysis of the impact of intellectual property barriers on China's micro economy in the two aspects.The sixth part is the empirical analysis,taking China's high-tech industry and LED industry as examples,this paper analyzes the practical impact of intellectual property barriers on China's economy.The seventh part conclude the previous present situation,reason and impact from many aspects,set out the strategy at levels of macroscopic,mesoscopic and microscopic and finally give the strategic guidance for trade & economy of our country.
