Along with the human from the industrial economy to the knowledge economy, the national macro economic environment has improved, the small and medium-sized private enterprises as an important part of China’s socialist market economy. It not only ushered in a new round of great development opportunities, but also facing the fierce market competition, the key of small and medium-sized private enterprises to establish competitive advantage, and grasp the opportunities for development of the talent to become. The high rate of brain drain, has seriously restricted the development of small and medium sized private enterprises. How to effectively solve the problem of brain drain has become an important subject to be solved in each small and medium private enterprises.Based on the research on the domestic and foreign talents loss, this paper uses the research method of theory and empirical research, and analyzes the reasons of the brain drain of the medium and small private enterprises in China.. This paper first defines the concept of talent, talent,and the incentive theory, equity theory, expectation theory and psychological contract theory four the theoretical basis of enterprise talents loss management are summarized; then, based on the high tech Zone Changsha Tongjun enterprise as an example, introduces thesituation of enterprise talents loss, analysis the main reasons include the management of talents, weak incentives, such as lack of single labor contract relationship, and uses the AHP to enterprise brain drain the adverse effect caused by the empirical analysis, from strengthening enterprise management, improve enterprise management quality and strengthen the construction of the three aspects of employee management system put forward countermeasures and suggestions to solve the problem of brain drain in enterprises the article summarizes the development; finally, the status quo of China’s small and medium-sized private enterprises and common management problems, analyzes the adverse effects caused by the brain drain of small private enterprises,discusses the reasons from the three aspects of the individual, the enterprise and the external environment of enterprises brain drain, and put forward the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions.
