Talent is an important resource and key factor for enterprise development.Small and medium-sized enterprises constitute an important part of the main body of regional economy,for the development of regional economy has made important contributions to the national economy,significant and far-reaching.The stable development of small and medium enterprises is conducive to promoting the steady development of the economy,but in the process of development of small and medium enterprises,will be affected by various factors.The problem of brain drain is an important problem that enterprises can not be ignored.This is an important issue related to the development of enterprises,and even the key issues of life and death of enterprises.More importantly,the brain drain not only for small and medium enterprises have a serious impact on the survival and development,but also affected the sustained and steady development of regional economy.In this paper,the basic principles of human resources management as a guide,comprehensive use of management,statistics,psychology and other related theories for comprehensive analysis,while using case analysis,questionnaire survey,field research method,literature review method analysis method.The first chapter puts forward the significance of the topic and the analysis and comments on the study of brain drain at home and abroad,which lays the theoretical foundation for the thesis writing.The second chapter introduces the definition and theoretical basis of the relevant concepts.The third chapter analyzes the status quo of brain drain in Guangxi small and medium-sized enterprises.The fourth chapter according to the survey of employee satisfaction of M Company and the related data and data of M Company,the author uses the Price-Mueller(2000)model to analyze the relative responsibility,training system,compensation system,System,performance appraisal system and other elements of a detailed analysis.The fifth chapter aiming at the reason of brain drain of M Company,the author puts forward some countermeasures.First,improve the pay management system,improve the welfare system and performance appraisal system,improve employee satisfaction.Secondly,to strengthen staff training,and effectively improve the overall quality of staff.Finally,establish good corporate culture,focus on people-oriented,leaving talent through culture to reduce brain drain.It is hoped that M company can provide reference for the brain drain problem in the future and improve the situation of brain drain in M Company,and hope to provide some reference for solving the brain drain problem of Guangxi SME.
