With environmental protection requirement increasing gradually of zhengzhou government, based on development strategy of further expanding power net product in ZHENGZHOU POWER EQUIPMENT WORKS, the company decides to introduce new power saving project of amorphous alloy transformer after many discussions and investigation, and constructs office buildings and production lines on the basis of formerly casting workshop.Based on the research of relevant subjects abroad and home, a method that logistics technology determines facility layout is provided, namely comprehensive system design of"SHA+SLP"plane arrangement and material transporting to solve the problems of equipment and logistics system of workshops reforming.Firstly, the paper introduces principle and structure of transformer and amorphous alloy core, and structure and function characteristic of amorphous alloy transformer. It proves that the saving power effect and performance-price ratio are very good. Secondly, it analyzes production flow of transformer, supervision of craft and process, craft quality control and manufacture process of amorphous alloy transformer such as core, armature, insulation parts, transformer case, fuse, and so on. Lastly, it gains mutual relationship list of operation units through analyzing relationship of core workshop components and product logistics system. And it does proper plan to manufacture equips of workshop according to closed level of operation units and logistics quantity. Based on analyzing logistics relationship, together with no-logistics relationship, it can obtain facility layout figure of plant.The layouting facility using above method increases space and plane available efficiency of factory and workshop, gets high efficiency of production system and raises the competitive for the comapany.
