Research On Discipline System Construction Of Knowledge Management

Since the middle of the 20th century with the advent of knowledge economy and the rise of knowledge management, human society is moving into the knowledge society. Knowledge management has penetrated every field of social life, becoming the key to various organizations and individuals for their core competitiveness. So, knowledge management has become a subject of most researchers and scholars related interest。Meanwhile, After a half century's development, knowledge management also constantly absorbed related disciplines theory, research methods and techniques, gradually established a certain subject status, formed his own discipline rationale. But, from the data of Web of Knowledge database entries relevant papers looked that, the proportion of Chinese scholars'papers in this field is not high, which explains that the research of this area is not as strong as other countries and regions. Therefore, in our country construction of knowledge management discipline system is necessary. In addition, from the data of the papers for knowledge management in the CNKI, our knowledge management theory study also has entered the mature period, and has formed its own core scholars, institutions and academic periodicals, which explains that the research of this area is viable. Discipline system as the existing infrastructure to discipline is very important to its development. If knowledge management wishes to grow into a subject with strong vitality, It must establish integral complete discipline with its own characteristics and the stamp of the age. The establishing of knowledge management discipline is an important symbol of maturity in China. It is also one of the important topics in future research field of knowledge management.This paper takes disciplines framework, which is reflected in their book, as research subject. With the help of the method theoretical and positive study combination, it successively sorting out and analyzing disciplines framework reflected in representative works of the core of constructing knowledge scholars in China, the United States, Britain and Germany. Using Duxiu books database as data sources, there are 4 types of knowledge management discipline obtained through co-keyword analysis.In this thesis, the author discusses related issues of knowledge management discipline system construction.In the first chapter, with WOK and CNKI two big database as the research object, the author expounds research status of knowledge management through the method of bibliometrics, and demonstrates necessity and feasibility about our knowledge management discipline system construction. Meanwhile, point out the current lack of discipline system research, and this research ideas and methods.In the second chapter, previous studies have concluded of the domestic core author of knowledge management. The article takes their as the breakthrough point. Then author Analysis and refines knowledge management discipline systems which are constructed by 7 domestic scholars,2 Taiwan scholars and 5 foreign scholars.In the third chapter, this paper use the book database in Duxiu knowledge base as data sources, with Google books database data source for added. The author obtains 199 books from domestic and foreign 613 books in this data sources. Through the keywords refining and frequency analysis, the author obtains the knowledge management discipline catalogue high-frequency keywords. And on this basis, co-keyword matrix, correlation matrix and the dissimilarity matrix are constructed.In the fourth chapter, through the factor analysis, cluster analysis and multidimensional scale analysis, the author identifies the frame structure of knowledge management discipline high-frequency words.In the fifth chapter, According to the results of the co-keyword analysis, combined with the theoretical study of the theory of all experts, forming knowledge management discipline system.In the sixth chapter, this paper summarizes the main research work and limitations of knowledge management deficiencies. And discipline system study is forecasted.
