Risk Management In The National People's Congress & The Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference Applied Research

The thesis has made a survey on the theory formation of Risk Management, existing circumstance of its research, basic theory and factors of Risk Management, and analysis evaluation method of Risk Management, expound the general method of Risk Management in the telecommunication service. Through apply Risk Management into actual service project management, the author verifies the application feasibility of Risk Management in this field.The two sessions communication construction is a huge investment, involving many departments and personnel, technical complexity and big duration pressure, and the most important domestic and international influence,there are potential risks from project planning, implementation, acceptance, as well as the whole two sessions services. To manage and control the project risks is an important guarantee for the smooth implementation, for all units, all staff, this is a new working methods with great value and significance. The sessions'hotel communication construction and service try to establish the risk management and control system throughout the whole process of project, apply a series methods in the field of project management, especially risk management technology, to effectively reduce the risk and loss, then guarantee the implementation. In this paper, we focus on summing up the characteristics of these methods and applications, in order to make a reference for similar projects in the future.
