Research On Developing Strategy Of DF Logistics Company

The economy in our country is developing quickly, which objectively promoted our logistics industry to develop rapidly. As a result, the domestic logistics enterprises are facing enormous opportunities for development. However, with China's accession to the WTO and the logistics service market opening wider to the outside world, many foreign logistics enterprises have preempted domestic logistics market, which makes the competition in the domestic logistics market much severer. Domestic logistics enterprises are also facing more challenges. Enterprise strategy is one of the fundamental factors for the enterprise's survival and the development. Facing fierce competition both in the domestic and foreign market, it is essential for the third party logistics enterprises to search for their own development orientation, and to constitute and implement correctly appropriate development strategy. Based on the above view, this paper aims to make a research on the development strategy of DF logistics company.This paper first uses PEST Analysis Model and Porter's Five Force Model to analyze the external environment of DF Logistics Company respectively from the enterprise's macro-environment and industry competition environment. Then it analyzes the present situation and problems faced by DF Logistics Company from five aspects (logistics infrastructure, logistics information system, operation mode, the organization structure and the human resources).After analyzing the internal and external environment, the paper applies the Logistics Market Seven Edge Shape Model (Martin Christopher, a famous British logistics professor) to subdivide the third party logistics market, and points out the developing orientation and strategies for DF Logistics Company. In the last part of the paper, the implemental measures and steps for DF Logistics Company's development strategy are expounded.
