Over the past 5 years,100 to 150 aircrafts are delivered to China annually. With the rapid development of China Civil Aviation, Shandong Airlines(SDA) has stepped into a phase of leap-forward development. According to its corporate strategy and development program, its fleet will be expanded, its route network will be extended, its bases will be increased and its level of security control will be improved in the next few years. As the maintenance sector of Shandong Airlines, Shandong Airlines Technics faces a big challenge of safeguarding the achievement of strategic objects for Shandong Airlines.Human Resources are the most valuable and primary resource for a company's competitive advantages. As a key department for the normal operation and safe flight, Shandong Airlines Technics has achieved some improvements in human resource reserves, job management, training development and performance management. But there are still some problems which have restricted the rapid development and overall performance of the company. In some extent, the human resource planning is inconsistent with the corporate development program.Based on the analysis of development strategy and planning of Shandong Airlines Maintenance and the Technics, focusing on the problems arising in the human resource management, the thesis make forecast for the demand and supply of human resources. Through the analysis of human resources development and management combined with the human resource planning theory, the thesis offers an effective and reasonable design for the human resource planning for Shandong Airline Technics. Aiming at the existing problems in human resource management, the thesis provide protection measures to enhance the overall management and control of human resources capacity, support the smooth implementation of Shandong Airlines'"second Five Year Plan" to achieve the established strategic objectives. |
