The pharmaceutical distribution industry which acts as the intermediate link in pharmaceutical industry is a traditional industry in China.Especially in Sichuan,the pharmaceutical circulation market is early opened with rapid development and full competition.At present,a series of reform initiatives including the national centralized drug purchase led by the National Development and Reform Commission and National Healthcare Security Administration,heavily invested e-commerce terminal,and the quality management system with "seven integration" implemented by the regulatory authorities,have exerted profound impact on the industry in many different aspects.The whole industry is facing a general trend of low-speed growth,narrowed profit margin and reshuffle.BEK Pharmaceutical Company(hereinafter referred to as BEK Company),as a member of the industry,is facing multiple challenges.An examination of human resource planning,based on the human resource strategy,is the focus of this thesis.A human resources plan,incorporating the enterprise development strategy through scientific supply and demand forecasting,is formulated to address the company’s current state and existing issues.Theoretically,this thesis delves into the pertinent ideas of corporate strategy,human resources strategy,and human resources planning,and then presents the fundamental circumstances and BEK’s five-year strategic objectives.Secondly,it conducts internal and external human resource environment analysis on the organization in order to identify the factors that may influence human resources planning in the future.Then it adopts different models and methods such as regression method,Markov Model to forecasts manpower demand and to analyzes and assess internal and external supply of each department.BEK Pharmaceutical formulated a suite of human resources guarantee measures,such as supplementing,staffing,training and development,salary incentive,performance management,and career planning,to address the issue of the company’s human resources supply and demand in terms of quantity and quality. |
