Quality Management And Control For Century City Real Estate Project

Since the founding of New China, China's architecture industry has developed rapidly, and becomes the backbone of national economy gradually. Quality of architecture project determines its own success, but also directly relates to the safety of people's lives and state property. Although the capacity of construction of engineering project in China steadily increased, the quality problem of some common industrial or civil architecture project, especially residential building, is very serious. Then, it is practical significance that researching on how to enhance the quality management and control for architecture project.Using a case of 19 # residential building of Century City in a certain city, the thesis researched quality management and control for real estate project in the combination of theoretical and empirical research method, mainly from the five parts. The thesis indicates that as the organizer and manager of real estate project, developers must analyse comprehensively various factors affecting the quality of architecture project, in order to manage and control quality effectively. On the one hand it can promote the full use of favorable factors and proper prevention negative factors, so that make the quality goals more scientific and rational, practical and operational; on the other hand it also helps prevent in advance, control effectively overall process, properly remedy afterwards, to actively and dynamically control the quality of real estate project.It is important of the following research on the effect of progress and cost control on project management.
