Sales personnel is one of the most valuable resource of a company. The rational evaluating system for sales employees can absolutely motivate sales personnel, and makes sure that the talent of sales employees is properly explored. It will not only maximize the company's profit, but also help sales employee achieve their own success, which leads to the progress of company and the individual.Under the investigation of the details and enforcement of Aspire company's sales evaluating system, its function is iterated in this work.the main content of this work refers to the following:1. Introduction of Aspire sales system and the basic characteristics that the business Aspire focus on.2. analysing the problems of Aspire sales evaluating system in 2007 and 2008, and introducing the alternative strategy.3. summarizing the experience of optimization for Aspire's sales evaluating system, and providing ideas and suggestions for sales evaluating system in system assembly business.Though the data in this work are collected from specific company, it also has positive value for the performance management of company whose business focus on system assembly.
