As the proportion of tertiary industry in the national economy growing, the tertiary industry gradually becomes the dominant force to promote the national economy efficiency and economic growth rate. Our country is a large agricultural nation, agriculture, rural areas and farmers is a long-term problem in the economic development path of China. With the development of the rural economy, agricultural production specialization and socialization, industrialization and market level gradually improve, social division of labor will be more detailed and the demand for the development of the rural tertiary industry becomes increasingly urgent. The development of rural tertiary industry plays a very important role on raising the rural economic efficiency and the growth rate of economic. Anyhow family business operations is an very important part of the rural economic activities, and it will be conducive to reduce the regional differences and seek better approaches to increase the income of rural residents by studying the development of the rural tertiary industry and analyzing the influence of rural residents' income and the reasons leading to regional differences. Operating income of rural residents from within the family structure, the contribution of the family-run tertiary industries to per capita net income is very small. The contributions of the family-run tertiary industries and various sectors of the family-run tertiary industries to per capita net income are very small, which remain at the average level. Relative to the tertiary industry of the entire gross national product contained a number of industry sectors, the development of tertiary industries in rural family which still dominated by traditional industries run more monotonous.Grouped by quintile by income structure of rural residents, the contribution of family business income of the tertiary industry's to the net income is significant different during different income groups. The family-run tertiary industries high-income households was significantly higher than low-income households, the contribution to net income is much higher than the low-income households. The phenomenon is showed not only in general, but also in family-run tertiary industry sectors. Through the analysis, the family-run tertiary industries play a very important role for improving the net income of rural residents.Through regression analysis, the major factors which influence the development of family-run tertiary industries in rural areas are the level of transportation and communication, and the level of development of rural markets. The higher level of transportation and communication, the income of the tertiary industry of rural households will be higher, and the rural family-run third industry revenue will be higher. The factors are different during the Different departments of family-run tertiary industries in rural areas. The major factors which influence the development of the rural transport, post and telecommunications are the levels of economic development and transport and communications. The major factors which influence the development of the rural wholesale, retail trade and catering are the levels of transportation and communication development, the second level of industrial development, economic development and urbanization. The major factors which influence the development of the rural social services are the levels of economic development and transport and communications. The major factors which influence the development of the rural culture and education, health industry are the second level of industrial development, economic development and urbanization, consumption level and the level of labor resourcesThe conclusion for the analysis of proposed development of the rural family-run third industry-related measures:(1) enhance the rural transport and communications infrastructure; (2) accelerate the development of secondary industries in rural areas; (3) strengthen the rural market construction; (4) accelerate the pace of urbanization in rural areas; (5) to strengthen the construction of rural culture and education.
