With the development of China's economy and society,the agriculture and rural economy has reached a new level,the farmers' incomes have risen,the rural infrastructure construction has been strengthened,Great changes have taken place in the living conditions of farmers.However,While rejoicing in these achievements,We cannot ignore that there are still some problems in the process of agricultural development and farmers' income increase,the pressure on resources and the environment is mounting,the production costs continue to rise,Market competition is intensifying day by day,therefore,The increase in farmers' income has serious obstacle,The gap between urban and rural incomes is widening.To promote the development of agriculture,stimulate the vitality of rural production and increase farmers' income has become an urgent problem to be solved.In order to solve these problem,The party and the state have held many meetings and proposed to promote the convergence of agriculture,the secondary and tertiary industries,stimulate the vitality of rural economic development,and increase farmers' income since 2015.Therefore,this study will take Liaoning as the object to study the impact of the convergence of agriculture,secondary and tertiary industries on farmers' income.It mainly covers the following five parts: The first part elaborates the research background and significance of this paper,summarizes the literature,and explains the research ideas,methods,contents,innovations and shortcomings of this paper;The second part explains the related concepts of agriculture,secondary and tertiary industries,This paper expounds the theoretical basis of the influence of the convergence of agriculture,secondary and tertiary industries on farmers' income,the influencing factors of the convergence of agriculture,secondary and tertiary industries,and the influencing mechanism of the convergence of agriculture,secondary and tertiary industries on farmers' income;The third part expounds the current situation of the convergence of agriculture,secondary and tertiary industries,the current situation of farmers' income and the influence of the convergence of agriculture,secondary and tertiary industries on farmers' income in Liaoning province,and finds out the existing problems in the process of the convergence of agriculture,secondary and tertiary industries in Liaoning province;The fourth part construct the index system of agriculture,secondary and tertiary industries in Liaoning province,using the data of 14 cities from 2007 to 2016 in Liaoning measure agricultural,secondary and tertiary industries convergence level,on the basis of empirical analysis,this paper analyzes the impact of the converngence of agriculture,secondary and tertiary industries on farmers' income in Liaoning province from the perspective of quantitative analysis;The fifth part,the policy suggestions are put forward to promote the convergence of agriculture,secondary and tertiary industries and further promote the increase of farmers' income from the perspective of agriculture and the agricultural by-product processing industries convergence,the agriculture and the entertainment industries convergence,the agriculture and the education industries convergence as well as the strengthening and perfecting farmer benefit safeguard mechanism in Liaoning province;In the last part,making a simple summary.
