A Co-Integration Analysis Of Informationization And The Development Of Production In Country

Given the complexity of rural issues, the reality rural is always lagging behind and thephenomenon of large rural population, rural evolution will be a long process, so how to speedup the pace of grow of rural development is still of the hot topics. Nowadays, the stage is thestage of rapid development of information technology, the use of information technology forrural development is the demand of the times. Through researching the relations betweeninformationization and the development of production in country in this article to getcomprehensive understanding of the relationship between them, and propose to the scientificrecommendations to enhance the level of rural information and to accelerate capacity of ruraldevelopment for narrowing the urban-rural digital divide and promoting rural developmenthave extremelyimportant practical significance.The thesis is to study the development of production in country in the information ageand explore relations between information and the development of production in country, inorder to improve the information level and accelerate the pace of development in rural areas.Following the principle of linking theory with practice, the paper use variety of theories, forexample, management science, the analysis of fuzzy matter element, Ji Liang Econometricsand so on. In the theoretical part's focus is the relations of the rural information and ruralproduction development in theoretical analysis, mainly by theoretical deduction methods;Reading literature to establish index system of rural information and rural development. In theempirical analysis section is divided into three parts. First, indexes of data collection for ruralinformationization and rural development. Second, comprehensive assessment for informationlevel and capacity of development of production in rural areas. Last but most important,analysis test results of the relations between information level and capacity of development ofproduction in rural areas.Among them, the date of informationization and The development of production incountry in this article were derived from 2004-2009 data in the China Statistical Yearbook andthe China Rural Statistical Yearbook, based on Panel Data of 28 provinces from 2003 to 2008,This thesis studies the level of the rural information and capability of the new ruraldevelopment by fuzzy matter element model; With the result of the level of rural informationand capability of new rural development, based on the panel unit root tests, panelco-integration analysis and estimation, besides, elicit flexibility effect of 28 provinces. Theempirical results obtained, no matter either horizontal or vertical comparison, ruralinformation and the development of rural production being long-term cointegrated, thedevelopment of rural production supplys positive impact to rural information, ruralinformation is also being promoted forward the development of rural production, and this role in greater promoting. Finally, presented a set of policy measures based on the results of thispaper.
