The Trust Perspective Of Wuhan City Affordable Housing Distribution System

With the popularization of the computer network, the system failure event has more and more far-reaching impact on people. The'six-number event'in Wuhan spread rapidly through the network in the country caused a strong response, people have checked the Affordable Housing, low-rent housing allocation results, and extends to checking Basic insurance system. People are suspicious of social security system about its justice and impartiality, hoping to check the relevant to verify the fairness of the system. It's means that people in China does not trust the social security system, and the system may not be able to achieve the desired effect.The nature of the social security system is the government and the public to distribute interests distribution of judgment and choice, only the system itself and public realize benign interaction, the essential target of the social security system, realizing the equality and efficiency , can be reached . However, the trust of Chinese social security system mainly depends on time and time again to achieve, it has not copy and non-promotional features. To a real and effective social security system, we must build trust. Trust is the internal driving force to implement rules and regulations. In turn, rules and regulations there is a problem, it is necessary to find the reasons from the perspective of trust. From a perspective of sociology and trust, this paper studies the affordable housing allocation system, using theory research and literature research method, analyzing the relationship between system and trust.By the affordable housing allocation system, this paper pointed out the mistrust of the social security system is mainly due to "non-institutional living state", which has many seemingly perfect system exists only in expression meaning, but not with the significance of action. Finally, this paper considered that civil society is a medium for the social security system and trust. To promote the formation of civil society from the following several aspects: cultivating citizen consciousness, appropriate government decentralization, establish the expedite benefit channels, build civil society of supervision mechanism.
