Under the background of global warming, these also become the focus of attention of both public and governments, in the energy efficiency improvement and the greenhouse gas emission reduction. As the Copenhagen conference in Cancun climate conference held, low carbon idea had penetrated into politics, production and other aspects of life, and people pay more attention to the green development of low pollution, low consumption and low emission. The"low carbon economy"which based on reducing energy consumption and reducing emissions turns into the world of hot debate and the key point."12th five-year"plan put forward suggestions that make dramatically reducing energy consumption strength and carbon dioxide emissions curbs strength as the index, comprehensive reforms to the existing tax, and collect enterprise on the environmental protection tax. In order to constraint the high energy consumption, high discharge, high pollution industry in our country, we can construct a new macro-economic environment and the policy environment in the incentive mechanism and restriction mechanism. To address the increasingly serious pressure reduction and market competition, power generation enterprise need green competitiveness-green, economic and efficient to deal with the challenges of the future, realize clean power generation and its development.Green power generation enterprise competitiveness evaluation is the backbone of the sustainable development. With evaluation Green power generation enterprise competitiveness, the enterprises realize their own competitiveness level, and have a correct understanding to their own status. To promote them to found their own advantages and disadvantages, promote the enterprise competitiveness, realize the sustainable development.This paper first introduces theories related enterprise competitiveness and competitiveness evaluation, this paper define electric enterprise green competitiveness, and generate enterprise green competitiveness evaluation index system, it integrated include indexes that react power generation enterprise industry capacity, development capacity, economic growth ability, environment management capacity. With the evaluation method combined entropy weight assignment with fuzzy evaluation, combined with the evaluation index system, this paper constructed power generation enterprise green evaluation model. For different regional, scale and type of power generation enterprises, this paper promoted suggestions combined the five enterprise reality with analyzed from two aspects, through realized mathematical calculation. According to the macro data, this paper established power industry low carbon scenario by setting carbon tax rates and benchmark emissions intensity, and construct the function of carbon tax rates, benchmark carbon emissions strength and power generation enterprise green competitiveness. Then this paper analyzed influence of carbon tax rates and benchmark emissions intensity for power generation enterprise green competitiveness, and pertinently gives enterprise to promote green competitive strategies.
