To address the increasingly serious pressure reduction and market competition, power generation enterprise need green competitiveness-green, economic and efficient to deal with the challenges of the future, realize clean power generation and its development.Green power generation enterprise competitiveness evaluation is the backbone of the sustainable development. With evaluation Green power generation enterprise competitiveness, the enterprises realize their own competitiveness level, and have a correct understanding to their own status. To promote them to found their own advantages and disadvantages, promote the enterprise competitiveness, realize the sustainable development.This paper first introduces theories related enterprise competitiveness and competitiveness evaluation, this paper define electric enterprise green competitiveness, and generate enterprise green competitiveness evaluation index system, it integrated include indexes that react power generation enterprise industry capacity, development capacity, economic growth ability, environment management capacity. With the evaluation method combined entropy weight assignment with fuzzy evaluation, combined with the evaluation index system, this paper constructed power generation enterprise green evaluation model. For different regional, scale and type of power generation enterprises, this paper promoted suggestions combined the five enterprise reality with analyzed from two aspects, through realized mathematical calculation. According to the macro data, this paper established power industry low carbon scenario by setting carbon tax rates and benchmark emissions intensity, and construct the function of carbon tax rates, benchmark carbon emissions strength and power generation enterprise green competitiveness. Then this paper analyzed influence of carbon tax rates and benchmark emissions intensity for power generation enterprise green competitiveness, and pertinently gives enterprise to promote green competitive strategies.
