This thesis focuses on the service marketing strategies of China Gold Supplier System of Alibaba.com. Based on theories of e-commerce service marketing, this thesis attempts to analyze service marketing practice of China Gold Supplier System of Alibaba.com, to propose suggestions for its service marketing with a view to learning from successful history of other e-commerce enterprises, which the author believes could be mirrored by other e-commerce service marketing companies.In the light of problems in service marketing of China Gold Supplier System of Alibaba.com, this thesis makes an analysis of both external and internal environments as well as its competitors, and deems that the introduction of service marketing strategies is conducive to increasing advantages and expanding both domestic and overseas markets of Alibaba.com. This thesis makes use of Literature Review to introduce basics of service marketing.Questionnaires are employed by the author for the purpose of studying problems in small- and medium-sized enterprises to which the author provides services mainly in the Tianjin area and hence giving state-of-the-art solutions. Additionally, Interview is adopted by the author in order to pay visits to clients, to get knowledge of what they need and what they are faced, and finally to help them develop well according to their diversified industries and different types.From such three aspects as clients, competition and internal environment, this thesis believes that it is a must for the China Gold Supplier System of Alibaba.com to set up service marketing strategies. Based on theories of service marketing and problems in Alibaba.com, this thesis suggests cultivating service marketing consciousness, establishing service marketing system, building service marketing teams, fostering corporate culture and eventually sharpening competitive edges of Alibaba.com.
