With the rapid development of the Internet economy,e-commerce has promoted the exchange and the circulation of goods.However,honesty and the phenomenon of fraud have severely restricted the progress of e-commerce which is not face-to-face and virtual.Therefore,we need to study andimprove the present e-commerce credit system to create sounder one.Alibaba's credit system is a relatively mature system in the e-commerce field.It covers all B2 B,B2C,and C2 C transaction modes in all aspects and plays an important role in building the relationship before,during,and after transactions between buyers and sellers.Thethesisdoes the case study of the credit system built by Alibaba,and studies the composition,operation mechanism,and value of the system to find out the deficiencies and improvements of the system.We can see that this credit system can encourage both parties to conduct honest transactions,help build mutual trust,and increase the probability of repeat transactions between the two parties.However,it can also be seen that there aresome loopholes creating room for “illegality,” “brush orders,” and other unlawful acts,which seriously affect the fairness and efficiency of the system.So,it is necessary to take action.We can diversify the Data base;renewtechnical means;use various punishments,andimprove the law system to solve these problems.The improvement of credit system will speed up the construction of the trustworthy society in China,optimize the market environment and promote the healthy and orderly development of e-commerce.
