China's grain storage has severe losses and grain processing is backward in technology. The paper researches the management of Henan province's wheat storage and processing with the engineering theory and system analysis method and puts forward the wheat storage processing management theory and method.It analyzes the wheat storage requirements should be low temperature, dry and has high mechanization level degree and the wheat grain depot type and mechanical equipment and construction equipment of grain depot. It also analyzes of the wheat cleaning requirements and main cleaning process and its principle and the requirements of wheat powder with main milling process and procedure.Grain depot planning and design management puts forward the method to estimate the size of the grain and the principle of construction. Combining with the comparison of the wheat grain depot of Chinese and foreign, it puts forward the choosing principle of wheat grain depot from the aspects of the economic efficiency, land resources, and transfer rate. It analyzes the advantages and disadvantage of room type storehouse and silos and puts forward the specific selection principles of the granary mechanical equipment and construction equipment. According to the different transfer rate, it calculates the shallow circular warehouse and silos'long-term economic benefits.For the wheat flour milling process's optimization and innovation, it proposes many measures to improve the flour extraction rate and the proportion of high grade flour of the common midway milling method and the skinning milling method. With powder principle as the foundation, it proposes the mixed powder technology.
