Late in the1960of the20th century, quality of work life (QWL) appears for the first time, it is brought up by Irving Bluestone who was in charge of United States General Company Trade union.From the1970to the90’s in the20th century, researchers at home and abroad gave varied definitions of quality of life though different angles and positions. According to the researchers of different perspectives, definitions of quality of work life can be roughly divided into3categories:(1) emphasize the quality of work life is a subjective experience and feel;(2) emphasize the quality of work life is a concept and value;(3) emphasize the quality of work life is a series of programs and measures to improve life quality. For decades, scholars have done a wide range of research on the quality of work life, there are many corresponding results, it has opened up some direction, however, there are still many outstanding problems in this area, more computed tomography research is needed. Since the concept of quality of life has been made, Europe and the United States scholars did multi-faceted researches; most scholars define the quality of life according to their object of study and research perspectives, and did not form a uniform definition of quality of life. What’s more, the content does not have a uniform measure of quality of life. Due to work live quality and lack of uniform definitions, scholars have difficulties in summarizing work uniform measure of quality of life. Less on the quality of work life study in China, most scholars are proceeding from own research object, in theory to work to refine the content and classification of quality of life, proposed standard is suitable for a specific environment and population, cannot be extended to all types of employees, Summary of domestic and foreign scholars on the quality of work life definition, as well as on the characteristics of IT staff, work environment, psychological, and cultural characteristics, such as judgment and analysis, this study suggests that IT refers to the IT staff in the quality of life of their staff engaged in their jobs and obtained by the participating organizations in the decision-making process. Division of preliminary knowledge workers’quality of work life structure dimension should include task dimension, Organization dimension and psycho-social dimension of the environment. And IT employees are a kind of the knowledge workers; therefore the study finds that IT staff QWL includes task dimension, Organization dimension and psycho-social dimension of the environment.Employees’creativity research started relatively late. Amabile published a social psychology article in1983, this article had a profound impact on the staff of creative development. In the early research, creativity is defined as a product, service, process and procedure of production of new, useful ideas, this concept includes creative solve business problems, creative business strategy and creative work process changes. In today’s IT industry, only constant innovation can help company survive in the fierce competition. Innovation is the lifeblood of their survival and development. For technical updates quickly, IT industry enterprises, innovation is to occupy a crucial position in the enterprise. Research and innovation is to improve IT a strategic choice of enterprise competitiveness, especially in the development of new products, which are most in need of creative. Research and innovation ability displayed in part on the competitiveness of enterprises. Therefore, in order to raise the level of research and innovation of the enterprise, first of all, they have to enhance the creativity of the developers. This study examines the Relationship between the QWL and Employee Creativity of IT Workers, aimed at using empirical methods to study IT business relationship between the quality of life and creativity of their staff. Full text from the proposition that the proceeding by a lot of reading and understanding of the analysis, research and determine IT staff work definition, structure and quality of life and creativity of measurable indicators, through the questionnaire survey and analysis of data, verify that the correlation between the two, and thus draw the corresponding conclusions and recommendations, pointed out that this lack of research and the prospect of follow-up studies. Hoped that the study on human resource management of IT companies make reference to recommendations of, and interest to the IT corporate and academic employees working relationship between the quality and creativity of employees of empirical reference basis.This article is divided into5parts. An introduction to the first part is, details of this research background, purpose and significance of the study, research and research methods. The second part is the literature review, analysis of relevant research results at home and abroad, and relative weakness of the study proposed in the past, the research direction of this article. The third part is the research design. Make this research framework and explains, the study of research methods and tools to make assumptions and explanations, and design work and employee creativity:an empirical analysis of the quality of life questionnaire. Part four is a questionnaire survey and data analysis. Primarily through the spssl6.0reliability and validity analysis, descriptive statistics analysis, correlation and regression analysis. Part five is the study findings and conclusions. Finally, due to the depth of knowledge and research capacity constraints, there were certain limitations to this study. In the last part of this article, we discussed the deficiencies of the present study, and in response to these limitations, and the results from an empirical study on the inspired human resources practices related to the proposals were made, and noted that the need for in-depth studies of some direction in the future.
