| Along with the improvement of people's live level, our demand to various and unique auto is increasing, and the lead time is request to ahead of schedule, also the safety and environmental protection standard is continuously upgraded, the whole competitive environment gets furious, together with the product development cost getting transparent, any auto maker can't become the number one without other partner's help. Hence, auto maker imply global purchasing, and focus his strength on creative auto design and production, which result in the auto parts supplier system's form with systematization and modularization A, B, C and D grade. At present there are many auto part makers, how to become the supplier of OES or OEM buyers, even auto makers, it is the only way to using product innovation theories and modern project management methods. Although project management method has been used at home or overseas, they mainly put it on whole auto's development, it is very little to be used on auto part innovation project research concretely, and it is less to be used on ignition coil etc. Even some paper has referred it, it is mainly on theory or very nonfigurative conception, it is more exiguous to describe auto part innovation project combining with Microsoft Project 2003 software. It is very necessary and significant to research the organization, plan and control of auto part innovation project.The thesis adopts the research method combining theories with practice. Based on analyzing Chinese auto part innovation project management's fact, suggests that using product innovation project management theory and modern project management methods such as project organization, project plan and project control to manage auto part innovation project, also suggest using Project 2003 to managing project, to improve enterprise's international competitive ability, and win the continually development ability.The thesis take the ignition coil with type SD41 from TS company for example, first introduce project background, which is TS company accept SD41 technical reconstruct project from IJ PARTS LTDA. with limited time and limited capital, it needs us strictly control project's cost and schedule; Then try to establish SD41 project of TS company organization, plan and control scheme, and put them into practice; Finally we achieve our initial target:delivered goods on time, and wined profit. In the whole case, I adopted Project 2003 software to manage the project, comparing to traditional Microsoft Excel 2003, which can reduce manual work and enhance information collection and management, improve project management's efficiency and precision, and bring more profits than before to TS company. The research and advance of auto part innovation project will be used by Chinese middle and small enterprises for reference or bring them some guidance and experience. |
