Thanks to the continuous development of society and contest update in core competitiveness among enterprises cultivating and developing the Intangile Capital"Manpower"seems to be a magic weapon,which undoubtedly remains a motive power in such an intense society to develope further.The core competitivcss that an enterprise possesses often displays the staff quality and their competence,therefore,it has become stable operation to cultivate,develop and invest "Manpower". Effective training system will enable us to stablize all enterprises guaranteestandard of facility and meanwhile,coincide with staffs high and quality.How.can study a scientific,reasonableand satisfactory training system that works for all staff from different levels and departments on condition of infinite training has turned out to be a problem so far in" Datang Mobile Communications Equipment Limmited Xi'an.(abbr:Datang Mobile Xi'an Branch) and focus topuc as well.This paper is mainly on Human Resource Training System in Datang Mobile Xi'an Branch,for the purpose of making a fairly effective training system and enhancing the foreign core competitiveness.Firstly,it has made an overrall summary with regard to some theorical knowledge in training system.Moreover,the Training Implementation System is considered first as to current situation in Datang Mobile Xi'an Branch,to analyze completely the problems init and bring forward a perfect system.Finally,there has been various measures according to the perfect training system program.All types of methods are put into use,such as,Document Survy,Casual Analysis,Preverious Data Investigation,Questionnaire during the study.Only sweeping study and analysis,perfect training system,can case company make an improvement in their staff research abality and enhance the exterprise external competitiveness.
