The entire history of business management had experienced in the experienced management and scientific management stage, now it has entered the period of corporate culture management. Competition among enterprises is increasingly reflected in the competitive corporate culture. Enhance the competitiveness of enterprises need to build excellent corporate culture, which is a key aspect of effective corporate culture assessment. The assessment can help enterprises accurately identify and inherit the fine traditional culture of business factors which promote health and sustainable development of enterprises.In this paper, through summarizing the domestic and international literature on corporate culture, Author studied the corporate culture of the construction industry measurement and evaluation based on the evaluation from the corporate culture of theoretical research and the construction industry point of view of corporate culture characteristics. During the study, Main application Quinn's organizational cultural assessment instrument and Schein's model of corporate culture, I obtained the status and expectations of the construction industry leading the type of corporate culture, which is a mature clan-based.The revised evaluation system applied to study about the Shanxi Electric Power Construction company, through the profile form outlines the status of the company's culture and expectations of culture, we defined the status of the company's culture and expectations of dominant culture types are in line with the leading type of the construction industry to find the real culture and expectations between culture and industry culture gap. Application of some questionnaires (including questionnaires and scales), deeply interviews and field surveys and so on, I provided some optimizations of specific recommendations for further building the corporate culture and provided the basis for decision making. Through reviewing the process of company's corporate culture, analyzing the basic situation and finding the problems of in-depth.
